We usually recommend turning your food over at least once throughout the cooking time or giving your air fryer basket a gentle shake to move the food around halfway through cooking. This will ensure that the ingredients are evenly distributed and that the food is cooked properly throughout.

Most of the time, all you have to do to get great results from an air fryer is adjust the temperature to the suggested setting, turn it on, and let it alone for fifteen or twenty minutes. Moreover, as was previously mentioned, the acids in our stomachs kill bacteria and stop them from spreading through the rest of the body’s circulatory system. Furthermore, we have antibodies that prevent us from getting sick from bacterial bacteria.
Does heat kill all bacteria?
